What do I do if I notice a link is no longer active on a resource?
Answer: Please email me and let me know and I will update it ASAP. Due to copyright, I am not allowed to download videos and include them in resources. Therefore, I include links to videos so that the original owner can get credit for their work. However, the original owner may decide to remove their video or article at any given moment. If a link is no longer active I will find a replacement or an alternative activity in its place. I check links twice a year as well, so make sure to check if there are any updates to the resources you have bought.
How do I find out if a resource I’ve bought has been updated?Answer: You go to your TPT account. Then click on “My Purchases.” You will see a list of all your resources and if any of them have been updated you will see a green box that indicates that the resource was updated and the date it was updated. You can then redownload the updated version of your resource for FREE.
What if a find an error in a resource ?
Answer: Please let me know and I will update it ASAP. I always appreciate when someone lets me know in advance and even though I edit these resources MANY times before I post them, sometimes a mistake happens. Please contact me via email or the contact section in my website.
What French terminology do you use in your resources ?
Answer: Even though I am a Canadian, I tend to use French vocabulary most commonly used in France. This is the vocabulary that I use in my everyday life and its the vocabulary that I learned when I lived abroad. If you notice a different word in my resources, it could also be a great teaching moment with your students as you explain that different words are used in different French speaking regions. This also happens in English as dialects and terminology vary based on region (ex. Rubbish vs. Garbage).
